The tournament, featuring 32 teams, will begin on September 15, 2026, with the group stage concluding on December 9, 2026. The knockout rounds will follow, culminating in the final on May 15, 2027.

Group Stage Overview

The draw has placed top seeds Al Wahda FC (UAE) in Group A alongside PFC Nasaf (UZB), Kuwait SC (KUW), and Al Khaldiya SC (BHR). Meanwhile, Al Jazira Club (UAE) will lead Group B, which includes Golgohar Sirjan SC (IRN), Al Muharraq SC (BHR), and FC Arkadag (TKM).
